We're on paper (or old software). How hard is it to switch?

What happens when my driver has no signal?

The driver app keeps working. Stops, photos and signatures are saved on the phone and sent automatically once signal comes back. Nothing a driver records is ever lost.

Do my drivers need iPhones?

No. The driver app runs on any modern phone — iPhone or Android — and installs from the browser. No app store needed.

Does it handle off-site shredding?

Yes. Off-site stops get a pickup receipt right away, and the certificate of destruction is issued once the material is destroyed at your plant, with the chain of custody recorded.
